- IST reserves the right to cancel courses due to inadequate enrollment or inclement weather.
- If a cancellation request is received with more than 5 working days notice (before course start date) no cancellation fee will be applied.*
- If a cancellation request is received 3-5 working days (before course start date) charges will be applied based on full Training Quote amount or a $300 cancellation fee, whichever is less.*
- Any requests for cancellation received with less than 48 hours notice will be billed at the full amount of the Training Quote.*
- If participant fails to attend a training course and cancellation has not been received by IST your company will be responsible for the full amount of the course. No refunds or credits will be issued.
* You must obtain a Cancellation Number from one of our Customer Service Representatives, before your attendance is considered cancelled.
